What this is. plumbpricing.com provides a price book builder, a pricing guide and downloadable pricing files for plumbing contractors. All figures are national planning estimates compiled from public sources. They are not a guarantee of what any customer will pay, nor financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your own quotes, insurance, licensing and the work you perform.

Digital products. Purchases are processed by Etsy (and, once live, Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record) under Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms. Files are licensed to you for use in your own business. You may not resell or redistribute them.

Refunds. If the Pricing Kit does not help you price your next job, email hello@plumbpricing.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Liability. The site and files are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, plumbpricing.com is not liable for any loss arising from their use, including under-quoted or lost jobs. Nothing on this site is a recommendation of what to charge; some states regulate residential contract pricing — comply with yours.

Changes. We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do.
